Sulliden Mining Capital Inc is focused on generating value through the acquisition and development of quality mining projects in the Americas, Australia, and Africa. Listed on the Canadian stock exchange, the company focuses on identifying gold assets and niche Uranium and Lithium deposits, for active investment.

Sulliden is managed by a strong technical and capital markets team who possess extensive mineral exploration, development and mining experience. The core members of the team have worked together for over a decade and have seen three of their former gold companies taken-over at significant premiums since 2002.

Sulliden’s focus is to identify high quality mining projects and companies with excellent development potential to acquire or invest in. Once involved, the team implements a de-risking work plan usually including mineral growth, sound technical engineering and development to construction and operation. This strategy has enables us to generate tremendous value for our shareholders.

Officers/Directors

Mr. Scott Moore

Mr. Moore is a business executive with over 30 years of experience in the resource and durable goods sectors. He is also the CEO of O2Gold Inc. and the former CEO of Euro Sun Mining Inc., President and CEO of Dacha Strategic Metals, and Executive Vice President of Sulliden Gold. Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Ryan Ptolemy
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ptolemy is a CPA, CGA and CFA charter holder and obtained a B.A. from Western University. He serves as CFO to a number of public and private companies in the mining and technology sectors. Mr. Ptolemy formerly served as CFO for an independent investment dealer in Toronto where he was responsible for financial reporting, auditing, budgeting and internal controls
